The Bible:
We
believe, as well as practice, it's teachings and that it is the inspired
word of God directed to the church.

Timothy 3:16; James 1:22
God:
We
believe in one living God as the Creator of man and all living things in
the earth as well as above. He is spirit, all knowing and
powerful.
Genesis 1:1; Colossians 1:16, 17
Jesus Christ:
We
believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, conceived of the Holy
Ghost and born of Mary who was a virgin. He is given of God
for the salvation of the Jews first and then the gentiles. He
was crucified, adn on the third day resurrected by God and is now
seated at His right hand.
Matthew 1:18-25; Acts 1:11
Holy Ghost:
We
believe that the Holy Ghost is the manifested presence of God himself;
He convicts of sin, instructs in righteousness, bears witness and dwells
in the heart of every true believer.
Acts
5:32; John 16:7-13
Atonement:
The
reconciliation of God and the human race brought about by the redemptive
life and death of Jesus Christ. It was the shed blood of Jesus on
the cross of Calvary that God recognized as the propitiation for our
sins.
John
3:16, 17; Romans 5:8
Baptism:
Water
is symbolic of cleansing and as born again believers the Holy Spirit
cleanses our heart. The old man is washed away and the new man
begins. Water baptism is the physical act of this unseen spiritual
cleansing. We recognize that there are varying theological aspects
on this. However, our preference is the act of submersion.
Acts
8:39; Ephesians 2:8,9
Gifts of the Holy Spirit:
We
believe that the gifts of the Holy Spirit exist and are to be used to
benefit the church. The gifts are to be exercised in an
environment of order, discipline and love. The ultimate benefit of
the gifts is bo build up the members of the church as they seek to
worship and glorify God.

Peter 4:10; I Corinthians 12:4-11
Man:
He was
created in the image of God, to be in constant fellowship with Him and
to enjoy His presence. We place great value on every person and
recognize the gift of life is complete in knowing Christ.
Genesis 1:26-28
Church:
The
Church is the body of Christ presently on the earth. It is made up
of all those who are trusting Christ as Lord and Savior. The
church in each locality is the visible expression of God's kingdom, to
reach out to those who do not know God and to build up and equip
believers. As followers of Christ we are to show His acceptance,
mercy and grace to hurting and broken people who need to experience His
love.
Matthew 5:13, 16; Matthew 28:18-20
Satan:
We
believe the existence of Satan to be true and that he rules as the god
of this world; he is the adversary of every believer. His final
destiny is chains of darkness in an everlasting place of torment.
